中国科学院EDA中心与华润上华科技有限公司于2010年6月30日在“2010年度中国科学院EDA中心会员大会”上举行了战略合作协议签约仪式暨“产业链战略合作伙伴”授牌仪式。双方将利用彼此的优势，在包括多晶圆（Shuttle Service）服务在内的多项合作。华润上华将提供0.11微米以上线宽的生产技术为客户制造集成电路及功率分立器件。
中科院EDA中心作为IC设计公共技术研发的国家队，借助中国科学院雄厚的技术优势，致力于DFM（Design for Manufacture ）、SIP（System in Package）、工艺库和IP开发等半导体尖端技术的研究，技术成果已被多家全球知名代工厂使用，同时积极寻求全球范围内有影响力的合作伙伴。

CSMC Technologies Corporation (CSMC) is a rapidly emerging mixed signal/analog foundry provider for integrated IC and Power MOSFETS. We offer analog, logic and power process technologies including Mixed Signal, RF, BCDMOS, BiCMOS, Planar and Trench DMOS, IGBT and CMOS Logic.
